Community Brands corporate security policy related to encryption requires the use of TLS 1.2 or higher across all services and servers managed by Community Brands.
Starting March 1st, 2023, Community Brands will be disabling TLS 1.0 and 1.1 on hosted servers. There will be a phased approach starting 2/1/2023 through 2/28/2023, changes will be made to the test instance from 2/1/2023 to 2/8/2023. From 2/9/2023 to 2/14/2023, please ensure to test on the test instance, confirm all applications works as expected. Production instance changes will be done from 2/15/2023 to 2/28/2023.

Effective 3/1/2023 Community Brands will be enforcing this encryption standard across all hosted servers and will no longer be supporting TLS 1.0 or 1.1.
All Aptify baseline products are already using TLS 1.2.
We recommend that non-hosted customers also make these changes to improve security.
Please ensure to work with your 3rd party integration vendors to ensure compatibility with expediency.
Customers needing assistance can create a ticket in Zendesk to make this change in a test server and test prior to February 15th.
Customers who are unable to make the required changes must contact their Customer Success Manager for a waiver. The waiver implies that the customer is now solely responsible for any security related incidents or financial repercussions as a result of a security incident.
