Creating An Evaluations Record

When a meeting concludes, the attendees are often asked to fill out an evaluation form to gauge the effectiveness of the meeting. Aptify provides functionality to track the evaluations associated with a particular speaker.


  1. From a meetings Products record, select the Speakers sub-tab on the Meetings tab and open the Speakers record.
  2. Select the Evaluations rating on the drop-down box, as well as the Content Quality and Speaker Quality drop-down boxes.

  3. Select the name of the attendee who filled out the evaluation.
  4. Fill in the Evaluations forms as necessary and click OK to save the record.
