About the Form Template Part Categories Form

Form template part categories provide a method to group parts into business-specific categories.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Form Template Part Categories record. The tab becomes available when the record is initially saved.

General Tab

Name (Required)

The name of the category.

Description

A description of the category.

Parent

The parent Form Template Part Category, if a hierarchal structure is created.

Entity (Required)

The entity to which this category applies. This allows parts to be linked to only one entity, to prevent their use on other templates not related to the entity selected in this field.

Comments

The comments field contains any additional details relevant to the Form Template Part Categories record.
