About the States And Provinces Form

This service, found under the Aptify Framework Administration application, stores the list of States and Provinces that populate the State/Province drop-down field for an address.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the States And Provinces record.

General Tab

Abbreviation

The state's or province's abbreviation. This is the abbreviation that appears in the State/Province dropdown field in an address.

Full Name

The full name of the state or province.

Country

The country where the state or province is located. This field links to the Countries service. When you specify a country for an address, the states or provinces linked to that country appear in the State/Province drop-down field. Note that a user cannot enter a value within a State/Province field that does not correspond to an option in the drop-down list.
