About the Import Run Detail Match Records Form

The Import Run Detail Match Records sub-type records store information about absolute and potential matches that the system has identified for a particular row of imported data.

General Tab

Record ID

The record that the system identified as a match or potential match for the row. This field links to the mapping entity.

Match Rank

This field displays the likelihood that this record is a match for the row. Absolute matches have a rank of 1. Potential (partial) matches have a rank of 2.

Match Status

The status of the record match. Options include Absolute, Potential, and Unmatched.

Comments

This field stores optional comments related to this sub-type record.
