Aptify 5.5.4 and higher adds support for Aptify to use SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports. If you decide that you want to make additional changes to the SSRS report after you have added it to Aptify, follow these steps to update the report's Object Repository Objects record in Aptify with your latest file:
- Open the report file in your SSRS reports tool on the SSRS reports server, and make any changes as necessary.
- Launch Aptify with a user account that is a member of the Administrators group.
- Open the Object Repository Administration service and use its dashboard to browse for your report's Object record.
- Note that your file's location may vary from the example shown below.

- Double-click to open your report's Object Repository Objects record.
- Click the file icon to the right of the Local Filename field.
- Within the Select File dialog, select the updated report file and click Open.
- Save the Object Repository Objects record to update the version of the file stored in the Object Repository.
- The current date and time appear in the Updated field. Note that the Object Repository uses Universal Time (UTC).
- Close the Object Repository Objects record.
- Right-click within the Object Repository Administration dashboard and select Refresh Objects from the pop-up menu.
- Right-click your report's Objects record in the Object Repository Administration dashboard and select Download Object from the pop-up menu.
- Use the Report wizard to launch the report to confirm that the system is using the report's latest version.
- If the system is still using the old report version, close and reopen Aptify. The persisting report is most likely due to system caching.
- If the old report is still being used after restarting Aptify, make a copy of the updated report file and add it to the C:\Program Files\Aptify 5.0 folder on the Aptify web server.
