The purpose of YM Career Lead Integration is to track leads and increase acquisition of individuals and companies using your job board. With the YM Careers job board, individuals and companies can view and post jobs from any device. By integrating Aptify AMS with YM Careers, leads are created and updated in Aptify AMS automatically for each individual and company interacting with your job board. Once you've qualified a lead, you can convert it into an account to track their continued journey with your association.

Understanding YM Career Lead Feature
For associations that utilize a YM Careers job board, the YM career center solutions integration is a member acquisition tool that feeds constituent information to association staff whenever a non-member enrolls in the job board as a job seeker or a company posts job listing. This solution ensures you have visibility and recruitment access to the individual and company data right in Aptify AMS. You can then qualify person/company records and market your membership solutions to them in one central place.
The primary features of this integration are as follows:

Automatically create new leads whenever a new job seeker enrolls or a company posts a new job posting.

Data captured in YM Careers is added to leads to help connect with and acquire new members.

Imported leads are automatically segregated into Prospects and Raw Leads by performing automated duplicate checks.
When you have set up YM Careers integration as per YM Career Leads Configuration, you must run Scheduled Tasks at the defined intervals to create or update leads in your Aptify system. Staff users can work with new leads or raw leads and close the opportunity records with respective status. Lead Source is populated with YM Careers on all leads created from YM Careers so you can distinguish them from leads created by staff or other integrations.
YM Career Leads Configuration
An administrator can set up the integration between the Aptify and YM Career Leads so the staff users can benefit with leads provided by the YM Career Leads to your system. The feature can be enabled or disabled by turning off the scheduled tasks. See YM Career Leads Configuration for more details.
Working with Opportunity Records
After a successful scheduled task run as per Working with Scheduled Tasks, opportunity records are automatically created in the Career Center Views and a log file is created in the Report Output Location. Staff users can perform the following tasks:
Each opportunity record created will automatically create a related person record if there is no duplicate record found. For example, if a candidate opportunity record is created, a person record for the same candidate will be created automatically in the Persons service and will be linked with created opportunity.
Review Log File
The staff users can navigate to the Report Output Location and view the log file created after each scheduled task run. The log file provides the below details if the record(s) are not imported into Aptify system:
- Career Center Unique ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Reason for not importing
Working with Prospect and Raw Leads
Staff user can review Opportunity records created in the Career Center Prospective Leads and Career Center Leads for Review views and close them as per the requirement. For more information on how to work with Opportunity records, manage them and close them, see, Managing Opportunities.
YM Career Activity Tracking Configuration
An administrator can set up the integration between the Aptify and YM Career Leads so the staff users can benefit with leads provided by the YM Career Leads to your system.
