About the Required Field Type

In Aptify, an administrator can modify the caption for required fields, so they appear in a different font and/or color than non-required fields. By default, the caption for required fields appear in red (using Tahoma size 8 font). However, your administrator can change this font setting either at a system level or just for a particular service. See Configuring the Appearance of Required Fields for details.
