About the Contact Log Service Views

The Contact Log service (part of the Customer Management application) contains samples in the following view types:

• List Views 
• Chart Views 
• Pivot Table Views
• Calendar Views 

List Views

The following sample list views are contained within the Contact Log service:

• All Contact Logs 
• Incomplete Follow-Ups 

All Contact Logs

The All Contact Logs view contains all Contact Log records currently in the system.

Incomplete Follow-Ups

The Incomplete Follow-Ups list view displays all Contact Log records that are not completed but have a follow-up date set.

Chart View

The Contact Log service contains the following chart view:

Contracts By Type/Year

The Contacts By Type/Year chart view is a spline chart that displays the number of contact logs grouped by contact log type and year.

Pivot Table Views

The Contact Log service contains the following pivot tables:

• By Type/Year Pivot Table 
• Incomplete Follow-Up By Owner 

By Type/Year Pivot Table

The By Type/Year Pivot Table displays all contact logs organized by contact log type and year.

Incomplete Follow-Up By Owner

The Incomplete Follow-Up pivot table lists all Contact Log records that are incomplete yet have a follow-up date, grouped by owner.

Calendar View

The following Calendar view is found within the Contact Log service:

Incomplete Follow-Up Items

The Incomplete Follow-Up Items is a calendar view showing upcoming follow-up contacts that have not yet been completed.
