About the Tasks Service Views

The Tasks service (part of the Customer Management application and other applications) contains sample views in the following view types:

List Views

The following sample List views are contained in the Tasks service:

Completed Tasks

Completed Tasks View
The Completed Tasks list view displays all Tasks records in the system that are complete (in other words, where the % Complete field is set to 100).

Open Tasks

Open Tasks View
The Open Tasks list view displays all tasks that are incomplete in the system (in other words, where the % Complete field is less than 100).

Overdue Tasks

Overdue Tasks View

The Overdue Task list view displays all Overdue tasks that have a % Complete less than 100 and whose Due Date has Passed.

Chart Views

The following sample chart views are contained in the Tasks service:

Avg # Days To Complete


The Avg. # Days To Complete chart view is a column chart that shows the average number of days it took to complete tasks of a particular type, grouped by year.

Task Volume By Year/Type


The Task Volume By Year/Type chart view is a line chart that shows the number of tasks of a particular type grouped by the year in which the task was assigned.

Calendar View

The following sample Calendar view appears in the Tasks service:

Pending Tasks

Pending Tasks View
The Pending Tasks calendar displays all tasks that are pending completion.
