About the Campaign Service Reports

The Campaign service (part of the Campaign Management application) contains the following reports:

• Campaign Prospect Analysis Report
• Campaign Prospect Responses by State Report

Campaign Prospect Analysis Report

The Campaign Prospect Analysis report analyzes the response rate for a campaign's prospects. For each campaign, the report displays a pie chart that groups all of the campaign prospects by their current status (such as Accepted, Cancelled, and No Response). This report is useful for tracking the progress of a campaign and how prospects have reacted to it.

The Campaign Prospect Analysis report is located under the Report Wizard's General tab.

Campaign Prospect Responses by State Report

The Campaign Prospect Responses report is a chart by State, Primary Function, and Status for campaigns in the applicable view. This report provides an analysis of a campaign's responses based on the respondents' primary function (as defined in the respondents' Persons record).

The Campaign Prospect Responses report is located under the Report Wizard's General tab.
