About the Meetings Service Reports

The Meetings service (part of the Meeting Management application) contains several sample reports broken down by the following tabs on the Report Wizard:

General Tab Reports

The General tab contains the following sample reports:

Meeting Roster Report

Meeting Roster Report

The Meeting Roster report is a list of people attending each individual meeting in the view. The report includes the Persons' Name, Title, Company Name, Address Information, and E mail address.

Meeting Resources Report

Meeting Resources Report

The Meeting Resources Report displays a list of resources for each Meeting or Session in the view. This includes the name and type of Resource, Meeting location, and the Start and End Dates of the Meeting in which the resource is being used.

The Speakers tab contains the following sample reports:

Speaker History Report

Speaker History Report

The Speaker History Report lists speakers from each individual meeting in the view. This includes the Meeting Name, Start and End dates, Person's Name, Company, and Status. This report is typically used to compile a list of speakers for each meeting.

Meeting Speaker Summary Report

Meeting Speaker Summary Report

The Meeting Speaker Summary report displays a list of speakers from each individual meeting in the view in a summary form. This includes the Meeting Name, Start and End dates, Person's Name, Title, Status, Meeting Coordinator and number of registrants for the meeting.

Meeting Sponsors Report

Meeting Sponsors Report
The Meeting Sponsors report displays the Meeting Sponsors associated with each individual meeting in the view. This includes the Meeting Name, Start and End dates, Sponsor's Name, Sponsor Contact, and the dollar amount contributed as a sponsor for the meeting.

Session Food and Beverage Report

Session Food and Beverage Report
The Session Food and Beverage report displays details of all food and beverages (that is, Resources that have Resource Type of Food and Beverage) used for each meeting or session in the view. This includes the Meeting Name, Location and the Start and End Dates of the meeting or session.
