About the Fundraising Campaign Service Reports

The Fundraising Campaign service (part of the Fundraising Management add on application) contains the following reports:

Foundation Campaign Tracking History Report

Foundation Campaign Tracking History Report

The Foundation Campaign Tracking History report displays a list of fundraising campaign details including Status, Start Date, End Date, Target Amount, Total Raised and any comments associated with the campaign.

The Foundation Campaign Tracking History report is located on the Report Wizard's Report tab.

Funds Collection History Report

Funds Collection History Report

The Funds Collection History report displays a list of fundraising campaigns and the amount donated to each fund associated with the campaign.

The Funds Collection History report is located on the Report Wizard's Fundraising tab.

Foundation Contributions Report

Foundation Contributions Report

The Foundation Contributions report displays a list of fundraising campaigns and the amount donated to each fund associated with the campaign by the date in which the pledged payment was collected. The report's heading includes a date range.

The start date for this range is the first pledged payment received for the list of fundraising campaigns. The end date is the date of the last expected scheduled payment for the list of fundraising campaigns.

Note that this report does not include future pledge payments.

The Foundation Contributions report is located on the Report Wizard's Fundraising tab.
