The Subscription Fulfillments service (part of the Subscription Management application) contains several reports broken down by the following Report Wizard's tabs:
Distribution Reports Tab
The Distribution Reports tab contains the following Subscription Fulfillments service reports:
- Fulfillment Distribution Report
- Regular Fulfillments Report
- Last Issue Fulfillments Report
- Export: Last Issue Fulfillments Report
- Export: Regular Fulfillments Report
Fulfillment Distribution Report
The Fulfillment Distribution Report displays information about the recipients of a particular issue from a Subscription Fulfillment run. For each fulfillment, the report displays the Product name, the Distribution Date, the Volume and Issue number, the total number of issues sent, and the name and address of each recipient. The recipient information is broken down into categories and issue type.
Note that the Fulfillment Distribution Report displays all recipients of an issue, whether it is the recipient's regular issue or the last issue of a current subscription.
Regular Fulfillments Report
The Regular Fulfillments report displays information similar to the Fulfillment Distribution Report except this report only displays recipients for which this issue was not the last in the current subscription.
Last Issue Fulfillments Report
The Last Issues Fulfillments report displays the same information as the Fulfillment Distribution Report except this report only displays recipients for which this issue was the last in the current subscription.
Export: Last Issue Fulfillments Report
The Export: Last Issue Fulfillments report displays information about the final issue distribution for a recipient. It includes the Fulfilment ID, Product Name, Customer Name, Address information, Distribution Date, Issues Sent, Volume, and Issue Number. This report is typically used to create a list of subscriptions that have expired for Organizations.
Export: Regular Fulfillments Report
The Export: Regular Fulfillments Report displays the list of recipients who received a issue in a fulfillment run for whom this issue was not the last one the recipient will receive (i.e., it is not the recipient's final issue). The report includes the Fulfillment ID, Product Name, Customer Name, Address information, Distribution Date, Issues Sent, Volume, and Issue Number. This report is typically used to create a list of subscriptions that are not yet expired for Organizations.
Labels Tab Report
The Labels tab contains the following Publications service report:
Subscription Fulfillment Label Report
The Subscription Fulfillment Label report prepares mailing labels for each recipient on an issue in a fulfillment run accordingly with the recipient's name and address. This report is typically run from the mailing labels button of the Output tab on a subscription fulfillments record.
