Prospect (Required)

The name of the Prospect. This field links to a Person's record.

Status (Required)

The status of this prospect. Options include New, Solicited, Accepted, or Declined.

Date First Contacted and Date Last Contacted

The first date and most recent date that this prospect has been contacted. Using these fields helps track how long this prospect has been interested in this cause and helps avoid too-frequent solicitation.

Request Amount

The amount that was requested from this prospective contributor.

Prospect Comments

Comments made by the prospect to the solicitor.


Comments from the solicitor regarding this prospect.
