About the Pledge Stages Form

The Pledge Stages service stores the available stages that can be assigned to a pledge.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the record.

General Tab

Name (Required)

The name of the pledge stage.

Description

A description of the pledge stage.

Base Stage

Specifies whether this stage corresponds to a Verbal pledge or a Written pledge. When set to a Verbal stage, a pledge can be modified. When set to a Written stage, Aptify automatically generates an Orders record and prevents further changes to the pledge.

Rank

Specifies the rank of this stage in relation to the other available pledge stages.
