About the Deadlines Form

The Deadlines records indicate a deadline for a product issue that is related to the advertising product. A Deadlines record must create for each product issue, otherwise the product issue cannot be selected on the insertion order.


Product Issue (required)

Each product issue requires a Deadlines record. Enter the product issue that is associated with these deadlines. Use the Find feature or click the Product Issue link to create a new Product Issues record.

Ins. Orders Due Date (required)

The insertion orders due date is the last date that advertisers can place an order to run an advertisement (place an insertion order) in the product issue.

Materials Due Date (required)

The materials due date is the last date that advertisers may submit advertising materials to the publication for inclusion in the product issue.


The Comments field contains any comments relevant to the Deadlines record.
