About the Sales Representatives Form

The Sales Representatives record is used to add additional sales representatives to an advertising contract.


Sales Rep (required)

To add additional sales representatives to the Sales Reps tab, open a new Sales Representatives record and enter the name of the sales representative.

Split Percentage (required)

In the split percentage field enter the percentage of the advertising sale to be credited to this sales representative. When you close the Sales Representatives record, the split percentage field of the primary sale representative will need adjusting in order to save the contract record. The total percentage amongst all the sales representatives listed cannot equal more that 100 percent.


The Comments field contains any additional details relevant to the Sales Representatives record.
