An organization can track the type and amount of marketing activity associated with a particular campaign as Activity Forecast sub-type records. These records can only be opened from a Campaign's Activity Forecast tab.
Item (required)
The type of marketing activity. This drop-down list includes the following options by default: Direct Mail, 800 Calls, Email, and Customer Service Calls. An administrator can add additional options to the Values list for the Item field in the CampaignActivity sub-type entity, as necessary.
Forecast (required)
The estimated number of calls or mail generated as part of the marketing campaign.
Actual
The actual number of calls or mail generated as part of the marketing campaign.
Comments
This field stores optional comments related to the marketing campaign.
