About the Case Results Form

This service stores the set of possible results that can be selected from the Result drop-down list when a case is closed.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Case Results record.

General Tab

Name (required)

The name of the Case Result.

Description (required)

A description of the Case Result.

Rank

Specifies the rank of a Case Result relative to other Case Results. The available results are shown in rank order from lowest to highest in the Result drop-down field on the Cases form.
