About the CES Points Form

The CES Points form lists the CES points results for one KPI associated with one Person record. Each result is associated with a CES points ID.

CES Plan

Identifies the CES plan name associated with this CES points value. The field name links to the record for the associated CES plan.

CES Score

Identifies the CES score ID associated with this CES points value. The field name links to the record for the associated CES score ID.

Company

Identifies the company associated with this CES points value. The field name links to the record for the associated company.

KPI Metric

Identifies the KPI metric associated with this CES points value. The field name links to the record for the associated KPI metric.

KPI Result

Identifies the KPI result associated with this CES points value. The field name links to the record for the associated KPI result.

Person

Identifies the person associated with this CES points value. The field name links to the record for the associated person.

Points

Identifies the CES points results calculated for the associated person for the KPI listed in this record.
