The Executive User profile includes a set of shortcuts that provide instant access to information in Aptify that is of interest to members of an organization's executive staff. The shortcuts appear in the General Group:
- Find Company By Name: A prompt view to locate a company based on its name.
- Find Person By Name: A prompt view to locate a person based on his or her last name.

Find Person By Company: A prompt view to locate a persons affiliated with a particular company. This view includes a hierarchy that displays any additional companies relationships associated with a particular person.
- Find Organization By Name: A prompt view to locate an organization based on its name.
