About the Contact Log Categories Form

Each Contact Log is assigned a category for grouping purposes. This service stores the list of available categories.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Contact Log Categories record.

General Tab

Name

The name of the contact log category.

Description

Description of the contact log category.

Parent ID

If the contact log category is a sub-category, list the parent category in this field.
