About the Wizards for Persons

The Persons service supports the following wizards, which can be launched from a Persons view's toolbar:

• Add Person to Committees wizard: Adds one or more persons to selected Committee Terms. See Managing Committee Members for details.
  
  
• Add to Campaign wizard: Adds persons to a campaign's prospect list. See Adding Prospects Using a Wizard for details.
   
• Outlook Email Import wizard: Imports Outlook email messages into Aptify as Contact Log records. See Importing Emails from Microsoft Outlook for details.
   
• Outlook Synchronization wizard: Synchronizing data between Aptify and a user's Microsoft Outlook contacts. See Synchronizing Persons with Outlook Contacts.
   
• MS Word Mail Merge wizard: Performs a mail merge that loads information from the persons in the current view into a Microsoft Word Template to facilitate bulk mailings. See Using the Mail Merge Wizard for details.
   
• Bulk Orders wizard: Generates an order for a particular set of products for each person selected in the view. See Using the Bulk Order Wizard for details.
