Moving Licenses Between Aptify Servers

Once licenses have been imported to an Aptify server, you cannot reuse the same license file on another Aptify server. Also, if you restore an Aptify backup that already has license assignments to another server, those users will be unable to log in to that second server. If you need to switch to new server hardware, contact Aptify Support for assistance reassigning your licenses to a new server.
