About the Product Issues Form for Products

This service appears in the Product Setup and Maintenance application by default. The records in this service track the issues of a particular subscription periodical, such as a monthly magazine. In the standard Aptify system, this service is for informational purposes only and does not drive any subscription-related functionality. However, this service does play a role in Aptify Advertising Management add-on module.


Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Product Issues record.

General Tab


The name of the product issue.


A description of the issue.


The subscription product to which this issue applies.

Shipment Date

The date that the issue has or will ship to subscribers.

Expire Date

The date that the issue should no longer be offered for sale.

Issue Date

The date that appears on the issue.

Revenue Recognition Date

The date that subscription revenue associated with this issue should be recognized.


This field stores optional comments concerning this record.
