About Quotation Orders and Inventory

Orders that are have Order Type set to Quotation have no effect on the inventory levels in the Aptify Inventory Control system. The system does not reserve or ship any inventory for quotation orders. Aptify Inventory Control essentially ignores the orders of this type until they are converted to regular orders. When quotation orders are converted to regular orders, adjustments are made as described for regular orders (see About Regular Orders and Inventory)
