Organization Order Permissions records control the appearance of the Orders form for employees of the specified organization (if more than one is tracked in the system). An Organization Order Permissions record can also be used to limit the set of products that the organization's employees can add as items to an order. This service is for administrator use only.
General Tab
Organization
The Organization to which the permissions on this record apply. This field links to the Organizations service.
Comments
The Comments field contains any additional details relevant to the Organization Order Permissions record.
Product Filter Type
This field specifies how records on the Product Category Filter tab are handled. The options included in the list are:
- None: No product filter applied.
- Inclusive: The organization's employees can only add products in one of the product categories listed on the Product Category Filter tab to an order.
- Exclusive: The organization's employees cannot add products in the product categories listed on the Product Category Filter tab to an order.
Exclude Payment Tab
If this option is selected, the Payment tab (and its sub-tabs) on the Orders form does not display.
Exclude Shipping Tab
If this option is selected, the Shipping tab on the Orders form does not display.
Exclude Accounting Tab
If this option is selected, the Accounting tab (and its sub-tabs) on the Orders form does not display.
Exclude Subscriptions Tab
If this option is selected, the Subscriptions tab on the Orders form does not display.
Attachments Tab
The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Organization Order Permissions record.
Product Category Filter Tab
The Product Category Filters tab lists all Product Category Filter records applicable to the Organization Orders Permissions record. See About the Product Category Filter Form.
The items listed in this tab are only applicable if the Product Filter Type field on the General tab of the Organization Orders Permissions record is set to either Inclusive or Exclusive.
