About the Cancellation Reasons Form

This service stores a list of cancellation reasons that an order entry clerk can use to cancel a taken order. The Cancellation Reasons service appears under the Accounting application.

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Cancellation Reasons record.

General Tab

Name

The name of the cancellation reason that can added to an order.

Description

The description of the cancellation reason.
