Setting Up a Cancellation Fee Product

Aptify provides the ability to charge customers/members a cancellation fee on a per product basis (by specifying a Cancellation Fee Product on the Pricing > Settings tab of the Products record) or for the entire order as a whole (by enabling the Cancellation Fee attribute). To use this feature, an administrator must set up the system to support charging customer/members a cancellation fee for cancelling an order depending on your organization's practices. An organization can choose to charge a cancellation fee on a per product or per order basis or a combination of the two methods. Follow the steps below depending on your organization's needs:
