Step 3: Adding the Cancellation Fee to a Product

Once the cancellation fee product has been created with applicable fees, the cancellation fee product can be linked to a new or existing product so that a cancellation fee is automatically added to a cancellation order for that particular product. Follow the steps below:

  1. Open a new or existing record from the Products service.
  2. Select the Prices tab.
  3. Select the Settings tab and enter the cancellation fee product created in the previous step in the Cancellation Fee Product field.
    • This field links to the Products service.

  4. If creating a new product record, add additional information about the product as needed.
  5. Save and close the record.
