About the Meeting Hotels Form

This form is used to track hotel information for meeting products. The Meeting Hotels record is accessible from the Hotels sub-tab on the Meetings tab of the Products record.

Comments Tab

The Comments tab contains any additional details relevant to the Meetings Hotel record.

General Tab

Hotel (Required)

The hotel name is stored in the Hotel field. This field is linked to the Companies service.

Special Offering

A brief description of any discounts the hotel is offering is contained in the Special Offering field.

Offer Start Date (Required)

The Offer Start Date field contains the date the special offering begins.

Offer End Date

The date the special offering ends is stored in the Offer End Date field.

Directions

The Directions field contains directions to the meeting from the hotel.
