Managing Meeting Rooms

Aptify provides functionality designed to allow for more granular room planning and capacity management for meeting rooms. Meeting Rooms track information such as dimensions, capacity (which is variable based on room configuration), obstructions, and the location of the room. Additionally, it is possible to create room configuration that contain other rooms in the case where a given room can be divided into multiple sub-rooms and the sub-rooms can be booked individually or as part of a combination room. Once configured, meeting organizers can schedule rooms for a particular meeting and view which meetings are scheduled through a calendar view found on a Meeting Rooms record's Schedule tab.
