About the Housing Transfers Form

This form tracks the importing and exporting of reservation details.

General Tab

Date

The date on which the transfer occurred.

Housing Block (Required)

The name of the Housing Block associated with this transfer. This field links to the Housing Blocks service. See About the Housing Blocks Form.

Type (Required)

The Housing Transfer Type used by this transfer. This field links to the Housing Transfer Types service. See About the Housing Transfer Types Form.

Direction

The direction of the transfer. Available options include To Hotel (export) and From Hotel (import).

Comments

This field stores optional comments related to this data transfer.
