About the Evaluations Form

After a meeting is held, meeting evaluation feedback from the attendees can be entered into the system in Evaluations records.

The Evaluations record is accessible from the Evaluations tab of the Speakers form. The Speakers record is opened from the Speakers sub-tab on the Meetings tab of the Products record.

Comments Tab

The Comments tab contains any additional details relevant to the Evaluations record.

General Tab

Attendee (Required)

Name of the meeting attendee is stored in the Attendee field and links to the Persons service.

Evaluation Date (Required)

The Evaluation Date field contains the date the evaluation form was submitted.

Evaluation (Required)

The evaluation rating for the meeting is selected from a list containing the following values: Poor, Below Average, Average, Above Average, and Excellent.
