About the Education Categories Form

Education Categories are used to organize Education Units records and to provide categories for use with Meeting Units.


Name (Required)

Enter the name of the Education Category


If the Education Categories records is a subset of another Education Category, enter the ParentID here. Use the Find feature or click the Parent link to create a new Educations Categories record that will be the parent category.


Enter the description of the Education Category.

Status (Required)

Enter the status of the Education Category, as Active or Inactive.

Requires Approval

Select this option to require approval for any Education Units or Certifications that fall under this category.

Months Valid

Enter the number of the months the Education Categories record is valid.

Attachments Tab

Attach and document(s) relevant to this Education Category on the Attachments tab.
