Importing Reservation Details from Hotel

Follow these steps to import reservation details, such as confirmation numbers, from a file supplied by a participating hotel:

1. Click the Housing Import Wizard button to launch the wizard.
2. Select the Housing Transfer Type that the wizard will use to import the file.
   
   
3. Click Next.
   
   
4. Select the location and name of the file that you want to import into Aptify.
   • Hold down the CTRL or SHIFT key to select multiple files.

   

5. Click Finish.
   • The wizard imports the information from the file and updates the appropriate housing reservation details, such as the confirmation number.
