Filtering the Housing Inventory Management Dashboard Listings

By default, the Housing Inventory Management dashboard displays the number of rooms in a Housing Block (regardless of availability) for all of the blocks and sub-blocks linked to the specified Housing Product.

However, the dashboard includes a Filter Panel that lets users customize the amount of information that appears on-screen.

Click the Filter Panel button to display the following filtering options:

• Block: Select the Housing Block to display in the dashboard, or select <All Blocks> to show all blocks for the product specified in the Housing Product field.
• Room Type: Select the Room Type to display in the dashboard, or select <All Room Types> to show all room types.
• Start Date/End Date: Enter dates in these fields to limit which dates appear in the dashboard. When both fields are blank, the dashboard shows all of the dates for the displayed Housing Block(s) and Sub-Block(s).
• Available Only: Select this option to show only rooms that are available for reservation within the displayed blocks. The Available Only and Extended View options cannot be selected at the same time.
• Show Sub-Blocks: Select this option to show sub-blocks. Clear this option to hide sub-blocks and show parent blocks only.
• Extended View: Select this option to show the total number of rooms, the number of available rooms, and the number of reserved rooms for each block. The Available Only and Extended View options cannot be selected at the same time.
