Associating Floorplans with Expos

Floorplans define the venue, layout, and configuration of booths for the expo. Before customers can place an order for a specific booth at an expo, a floorplan must be associated with the expo. Each expo can be linked with more than one floorplan.

  1. Open a new Expo Floorplans record from the Floorplans sub-tab of the Expos tab of the Expos product.

  2. Select a floorplan to associate with the expo.
  3. Enter a description for the expo floorplan.
  4. Click OK to save the Expo Floorplans record.
  5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 to add additional floorplans as necessary.
    • Alternatively, you can click OK and New in Step 4 to save the current record and open a new Expo Floorplans record in one step.
  6. Save the Expos record.
