Manually Changing a Quotation to a Regular Order

You can also change a quotation to a regular order automatically by applying payment. See Changing a Quotation to a Regular Order by Applying a Payment for more details.

Follow these steps to change a quotation order to a regular order by updating the Orders record:

1. Open the quotation order.
2. Change the order type from Quotation to Regular.
   
   
    
3. In the Summary area, specify initial payment information (as described in Specifying an Initial Payment).

4. Save the order.
