Conference Learning: Help Attendees Apply Their Lessons

One of the big pain points I hear attendees talking about in the member research I conduct is not being able to put all the great ideas they learn at the conference into practice. I don't see this idea being leveraged much in the conferences I've attended. Have any of you? What do you think of this idea?
