Core - Re-Cache Process Flow wo/Recycle or Restarts

Not sure if this exists and just don't know about it. But one of the best things about Process Flow Rule scripts in Desktop was you just made your edit and it was live. Maybe you needed to close/open the Desktop client.

I would LOVE something that after I update a Process Flow the updates can be applied to all Async Servers, Aptify SOAs and eBiz SOAs without need to recycle/restart.

Primarily where I'm getting this idea from is for Validation and Before Save event handler mostly.
