Record Modals

In 7.5 a new feature was added to the Persons summary form that allows you to open the Record in a modal. This allows you to open multiple person records and compare them side by side.

This feature is a customization only for Persons. This is a mistake and it needs to be available to ALL records for any entity. As well it needs to be on the Records tool bar as pretty much only persons has a Summary form.

There are multiple reasons why users may want different records from different entities open.
