Cause and Solution:

This issue was caused in the Event Definition record where the Base Event 1 was set to the same value as the Event Definition ID 2. This created a circular reference. After updating the Base Event ID, the issue was resolved. Please ensure that the Event Definitions ID and Base Event ID for the same records are different to prevent such problems.
