About the Class Required Designations Form

Use the Required Designations record to list all designations that an instructor is required to have to teach a specific class. The Required Designations record connects Instructor Designation records to Classes records. Access the Required Designations record from the Classes service by right-clicking in the Required Designations tab and selecting New.

Designation (Required)

Enter the required designation that the instructor must have for this class. Use the Find feature or click the Designation link to create a new Instructor Designations record. See About the Instructor Designations Form for more information.

Comments

Enter any comments relating to this required designation and this class.
