Adding Prospects Using the Service

You can add prospects to a campaign from the Campaign List Detail service by manually creating Campaign List Detail records, which link prospects to campaigns. When a prospect is added using this method, the record displays on the Prospect List tab of the Campaign form.

  1. Open a new record from the Campaign List Detail service, which is located in the Campaign Management application.
