Creating a Campaign Type

The Campaign Types service is used to categorize different campaigns. A Campaign Type is required on a Campaign record and when using the Campaign Setup wizard.

  1. Open a new record from Campaign Types service.
    • This service is located in the Campaign Management application, by default.
       
  2. Enter Name to identify the campaign type.
  3. Enter the description of campaign type in the Description field.
  4. Enter Objective or purpose of this type of campaign.

  5. Save and close the record.
