With the introduction of Cardpointe in Aptify 7.1, the Hosted iFrame Tokenizer has been integrated with the Aptify Smart Client application. The Hosted iFrame Tokenizer helps to reduce Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) audit scope by providing a secure iFrame, which is embedded into online checkout page. The iFrame is responsible for securely accepting and transmitting sensitive payment data to CardSecure, CardPointe platform's P2PE-validated encryption and tokenization solution for further processing.
Aptify 7.2 includes the implementation of Automatic Clearinghouse (ACH) functionality in both Aptify Smart Client and Aptify Web applications. ACH transaction refers to electronic fund transfers from a customer's bank account to the organization's bank account. ACH transactions encompass electronic checks and wire transfers. Similar to credit cards processing, electronic ACH transactions require integration with a third-party processor, such as PayPal, CardPointe.
This document provides comprehensive ACH implementation for both Aptify Smart Client, Aptify Web and eBusiness7 applications using CardPointe. Since regular or non-tokenizer flow of ACH transactions is the same as it used to be, we will focus majorly on the Tokenizer way of ACH payments.

ACH implementation in Aptify Smart (Desktop) Application
When a user selects Hosted iFrame Tokenizer as the payment method, the Enter Payment Details button becomes visible. Clicking this button loads the iFrame, enabling the user to select the ACH option and access the ACH tokenizer form.
Below screenshot displays the updated user interface (UI) form for ACH tokenizer implementation.
To generate a token, users need to provide the required details such as Routing Number/Account Number etcetera. After entering the details, click "Continue" to close the popup and save the record, this submits the token from the Aptify application to CardPointe.
Starting from Aptify release 7.2, in Aptify Smart client, successful payments using CardPointe ACH (both non-tokenizer and hosted iFrame tokenizer) results in a change to the Processor Ref Number format.
For example, it appears as 240226135724:9034832409935555:BCX200123483409, where BCX200123483409 represents the merchant ID added to the record, which is now visible on the UI. This merchant ID is necessary for processing refunds of CardPointe ACH transactions and is in compliance with CardPointe updated policy.
To locate the new Processor Ref Number, navigate to "Payment" → "Authorization", and open the respective record within the General tab. The Processor Ref Number will be displayed.
