Overview of Production Deployment Process for both Aptify and Client IT Development

1. Ensure your development has passed User Acceptance Testing.
2. Once passed, then create deployment document from this template.
3. Check in code to code repository (i.e. Git, TFS).
4. Submit deployment document to Client IT or Cloud team, depending. For Cloud tickets, copy any relevant parties.
   1. Recommendation for Change Management Tracking: For Client IT deployments, create Zendesk ticket labeled “Client IT Deployment Informational Ticket Only - No Cloud Action / Deployment Required.”
5. Once deployment is complete, do a final verification of deployment
   (and include these steps in your document).
6. Include rollback instructions in case of any issues.
