About the Contact Role Types Form

The Contact Role Types stores the set of available roles that can be assigned to a contact person in an Opportunity Contacts record (see About the Contacts Form). These role types define the part a contact person plays in the decision making process for an opportunity.


Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Contact Role Types record.

General Tab

Name (Required)

The name of the Contact Role Type.
